Whistleblowing

ALTRON, a.s. in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers and Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds of crime and terrorist financing, has established an Internal Notification System, which is available to employees and third parties for reporting illegal, improper conduct or unethical conduct in violation of the Code of Ethics of ALTRON, a.s..

The internal notification system ensures the anonymity of all whistleblowers and protects them from reprisals. The ALTRON, a.s. internal notification system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a notifier, you can use the following notification methods:

• by e-mail sent to the special e-mail address of the person concerned whistleblowing@altron.net
• via the web form on this page
• by telephone or by voice message to the telephone number +420 604 220 098 of the relevant persons designated exclusively for these purposes,
• orally at a meeting with the person concerned, whereby an audio recording will be made either with the consent of the notifier, or a recording which faithfully captures the essence of the oral notice, the notifier being entitled to record or transcribe the audio recording, if it has been taken, to express
