What are cookies?
A cookie is a small data folder that is placed on your computer or other device that allows a website to recognize you as a user when you return to the page from the same computer and through the same web browser, for the duration of your visit (using a “session cookie”) or for a repeat visit (“persistent cookie”). Other similar folders work the same way, and we use the word “cookie” in this policy as a word to refer to all folders that collect information through this route.

Cookies are a very common technology for remembering certain information about a visitor to a website. The vast majority of websites currently use cookies and are also commonly used for a wide range of tasks. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for the functioning of our website. These include, for example, cookies that allow you to log into a secure area of our website or use online payment services.
  • Analytical cookies. These files allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website as they use it. This helps us improve the functioning of our website, for example, by ensuring that users easily find what they are looking for.
  • Functional cookies. These files are used to recognize you when you return to our site and to embed third-party services. This allows us to personalize our content, greet you by name, remember your preferences (e.g. your choice of language or region) and integrate useful third-party services, such as maps and social media features, into our website.
  • Advertising cookies. These cookies record your visit to our website, also the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to create advertising targeted to your interests. We may share this information with third parties for the same purpose.

Functional cookies, analytical cookies for measuring the traffic of our website and cookies for customizing the display of the website are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the company. Advertising targeting cookies are processed on the basis of your consent.

This cookie policy informs you about specific cookies on this website.
