How we choose

No unnecessary wheelbarrow, interview straight with your boss

We like simplicity and fair dealing. Therefore, in the first round, you will meet with your potential supervisor. No tasks and a follow-up stop just because you don't sit down humanly or professionally with a supervisor or with the company culture.

In the first round, we focus primarily on your professional experience. We verify them with knowledge questions and a competency interview. In the second round you can meet a case study — we are mainly interested in your approach, reasoning and potential for the future.

Be honest and open. That's what we value most.
