Budete se podílet na zpracování projektové dokumentace v oboru technických zařízení budov (chlazení, vzduchotechnika, vytápění) pod vedením zkušenějších kolegů. Postupně získáte odpovědnost za dílčí části projektů, technické výpočty a přípravu podkladů, a zapojíte se do koordinace projektů napříč profesemi.

- Podíl na zpracování projektové dokumentace TZB/HVAC ve všech fázích projektu
- Zpracovávání dílčích výkresů, technických výpočtů a výkazů výměr
- Příprava a aktualizace projektových podkladů v AutoCAD/Revit (BIM)
- Spolupráce na koordinaci s ostatními profesemi (stavební část, elektro, MaR)
- Kontrola souladu dokumentace s požadavky projektu, normami a interními standardy
- Technická podpora při přípravě nabídek
- Komunikace s interním týmem a účast na jednáních se zákazníky a dodavateli
Co na této pozici očekáváme?
- VŠ/SŠ vzdělání v oboru technika prostředí staveb, TZB, energetika nebo příbuzném technickém oboru
- Pozice je vhodná i pro absolventy nebo uchazeče s krátkou praxí
- Základní orientaci v projektové dokumentaci TZB
- Znalost AutoCAD, znalost Revitu nebo BIM výhodou
- Uživatelskou znalost MS Office
- Pečlivost, zodpovědnost a chuť učit se nové věci
- Schopnost týmové spolupráce a komunikace napříč profesemi
- Základní znalost technické angličtiny výhodou
