Specialista/ka IT podpory L1 zajišťuje první úroveň technické podpory pro interní uživatele. Role je zodpovědná za příjem, evidenci a základní řešení IT incidentů a servisních požadavků, jejich správnou kategorizaci a případnou eskalaci na vyšší úroveň podpory (L2/L3). Pozice je vhodná pro absolventy/tky nebo kandidáty/tky na začátku kariéry v IT, kteří chtějí získat praktické zkušenosti a rozvíjet se v oblasti IT podpory.
